يتألّف الكتاب من ثلاثة فصول وثلاثة ملحقات.
الفصل الأوّل، وهو بعنوان «حياة مار مارون» يدور على نشأة هذا القدّيس وموته وذكره في كتاب «أصفياء الله» لثيودوريطوس القورشيّ، والفصل الثاني «أين أمضى مار مارون حياته؟» يتناول الحقبة التي أمضاها في أبرشيّة قورش وقلعة كالوتا. ويسلّط الفصل الثالث «تكريم رفات مار مارون والقبر الذي دفن فيه» الضوء على تقليد تكريم الشهداء القدّيسين بمن فيهم مار مارون. أمّا الملحقات فهي عبارة عن: رسالة من الأب بولس نعمان- رسالة من الأب كاستيلانا إلى البطريرك مار نصرالله بطرس صفير- لائحة بمنشورات الأب إغناسيو بينا، والأب باسكال كاستيلانا، والأب روموالدو فرنانديز.

The book comprises three chapters and three annexes. The first chapter entitled, “The Life of St. Maron”, revolves around the origin and death of this saint, and his mention in Theodoret's Historia Religiosa. Chapter two entitled “Where did St. Maron spend his Life? “deals with the period of St. Maron's life spent in the diocese of Cyrrhus and the Fortress of Kalota. Chapter three entitled “Honoring St. Maron's body and the tomb where he was buried” sheds light on the ancient tradition of honoring martyr-saints, including St. Maron.
As for the annexes, they include a letter from Father Paul Naaman, a letter from Father Castellana to Patriarch Mar Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir, and a list of the publications of Father Ignacio Pena, Father Pascal Castellana, and Father Romualdo Fernandez.
